Which formats can I export to?
PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx) are supported on Student and Pro. Free exports a PDF with a small Makelfy footer.
How does student verification work?
You verify with either a valid student email (edu, ac.in, and similar) or a photo of a current student ID. Verification is one-off and takes under two minutes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Are my decks private?
By default, yes. Share links are opt-in and expire when you say they do. See the Security page for storage and retention details.
Do you offer team seats?
No. Makelfy is a product for one person. If you need shared brand systems and collaboration, this is not the tool.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If Makelfy did not work for you inside your first billing cycle, request a refund and we will process it. See the Refund policy in the footer.
